Yours truly attended the Directives West FIRST.LA Spring 2011 Presentation. Directives West is the West Coast merchandising consulting division of The Doneger Group. Directives West provides clients with comprehensive market analysis in all categories of business, including women’s contemporary, better, junior, moderate, accessories, young men’s and children’s.
Held Friday October 15th at the Califorina Market Center, this was their second Los Angeles runway presentation. Designers and brands included Champange & Strawberry, matty m, R.P.S., gwynedds, BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND, The Sinclair MFGRP, fraiche, and COUTURE by W. Whitley Kros and Yana K, both re-launching for Spring 2011, as well as promising young lines Ai for Ai, Moon Collection, A. Mullier.
