All six national winners have been announced for the H&M Design Award 2012. H&M has created this brand new international design award with the ambition of supporting talented designers after their graduation. The H&M Design Award aims to push fashion students in the right direction, so that they can continue to grow and develop in their work as fashion designers. The six H&M Design Award finalists are Isabella, Sweden; Stine, UK; Laura and Yasar, Germany; Anne, The Netherlands; Zoe, Belgium; and Louise, Denmark.
In the video below, finalists show their collections to the deciding grand jury in London. Jury members are Hilary Alexander, Fashion journalist; Christopher Kane, Designer; Susie Lau, Fashion blogger; Kristopher Arden Houser, Fashion journalist; Ann-Sofie Johansson, Head of Design H&M; and Margareta van den Bosch.

The designer with most votes wins an internship for one month in Christopher Kane’s design studio in London. On Feb 1st, the winner of H&M Design Award will be announced at Stockholm Fashion Week.
