And one can understand why with savings of up to 70 percent on goods from department and chain stores like Sears, Macy's, Target and Best Buy. Malls such as the Beverly Center, the Citadel, the Grove and Third Street Promenade will no doubt be pure insanity. There are also some small, independent boutiques that are holding Black Friday sales this year, like Runway Boutique.
While some parts of LA will be a mad house, there is no Black Friday in Beverly Hills. Although plan to see some luxury brands with some small type of discount. The 2009 American Music Awards were held last night at the Nokia Theater LA Live in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, not many stars walked the red carpet. Singer Rihanna was one of the last one to arrive in the this Marchesa floral stencil number. I personally think its one of those of dresses that only looks good at a certain angle. But you be the judge!
